Clerkships
Fourth-year students from ACGME approved schools within the United States are welcome to apply for clerkships in our program. To complete the application process, you will need:
A completed application form
A copy of your transcripts
A copy of your Comlex/USMLE scores
A photograph (of you)
A letter from a member of your school's faculty, stating that you are a student in good standing
Proof of health and liability insurance
Proof of immunization status
