After residency, I worked for one year at a family medicine/urgent care facility. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to start my own medical practice, SC Physician Group in Glendale, with an old friend from medical school. Starting our own practice has been an adventure and very rewarding. Just like at Long Beach Memorial, we see a good variety of patients, from young to old with varying demographics and are able to perform in-office procedures.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling, many sports (surfing, snowboarding, tennis, basketball), and generally being active in sunny Southern California.
Residency at Long Beach Memorial was a very rewarding experience. We had fantastic attending instruction and a fun group of residents. Our residency prepared us for our next step in our career while at the same time giving me some great memories. Intermixed with our training, I will not soon forget our retreats, grunion runs, ski trips, graduation skits and occasional happy hours.
