I currently serve as Medical Director of CARE Clinic, a specialty clinic focused on patients infected with HIV. We provide medical care for about 850 persons with AIDS, and social services and nurse case management for about 1,500 patients. We also have an ongoing AIDS research foundation. Our practice includes an ID specialist and an internist as well.
My other interests involve AIDS care and education in Africa, and I am considering a long-term committment in South Africa in the near future, if the opportunity presents itself. In the meantime, I still enjoy surfing and my time with my awesome wife and family.
